To provide services, we may require certain information and permission from you. And, tools in these software products may enable us to remotely access and control a user’s computer with their permission.
Some information collected by us may be provided directly by the user in the form of a request form submission or over the phone. However, some other technical information might be accessed or collected during our diagnostic that we run while providing certain services.
TYPES OF INFORMATION
Personal information: These are information that we require to identify you personally. This information is needed in order to use our services and/or for us to contact you when required.
Such information includes but is not limited to: First and last name, E-mail address, Postal address, Personal identifier, etc.
Payment information: While registering you for our services, we require collecting credit/debit card information. SanAntonio Accountants may use third-party payment processing channels, gateways to verify and process your credit/debit cards on our behalf.
User’s computer information: We may require information about your computer to update our support tools and enhance the services of our supported products. Such information may include but not limited to data like Date of Purchase, Type of Computer, Identification Number, Make and Model of Your Computer, Software Installed or Peripherals Attached, System and Registry Data, Error Tracking Files
Certain problems may require our technicians to have access to and take control of your computer remotely over the internet for successful troubleshooting without ever having to come to the location of your computer.
SanAntonio Accountants does not use the Remote Access software to access and control your computer without your consent. We request that you remain present during the time our technician is doing so.
SanAntonio Accountants technicians are trained to use this software and will take necessary steps to limit access to confidential or sensitive information stored in your computer, and also avoid deliberate destruction of information on user’s computers or network.
SanAntonio Accountants uses some online diagnostic tools to detect issues in your computer system. This may enable the tool to collect a variety of useful information about the state of a computer system and the applications that are run on it. Our diagnostic application is not designed to collect sensitive information including information such as e-mail messages, e-mail addresses, passwords, websites visited, profiles, etc.
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, track user movement, administer the website, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
We may share, disclose, or transfer your personal information as follows:
- To our affiliates and subsidiaries to support business operations and sales, marketing, and customer support activities
- To third-party service providers and suppliers acting on our behalf to provide products or services to you
- To other third parties for purposes, you have allowed
